Limited Daily Covered Slip Rentals $35/day
Limited Daily Uncovered Slip Rentals $25/day

• Camera Surveillance system, 24/7 recording
• ​4' Walkways, 3' Finger Piers
• ​Double (U-Shape) Slips, approx 10' W, for boats with 8 1/2' beam
• 2' Overhang for Covered Slips
• Dock 1 piers are 22' L for boats 22-24' L
• Dock 2 covered slip piers are 24' L for boats 24-26' L
• Dock 2 uncovered piers are 20' L for boats 20-22' L
• MAX Length depends on Slip Assignment
• ​Year-Round Season runs January 1 - December 31
• Seasonal Period runs APPROXIMATELY April 15 - October 15, or as lake water levels permits, per TVA and rainfall.
• All slip renters are responsible for monitoring lake levels for their rented slip.
• Space does not allow for dock boxes.
• Boat Lifts may be added at renter's expense with Marina Owner WRITTEN prior approval only.

• All slips have access to water and power on first come/first serve basis.
• Limited on-site parking; carpooling is expected.
• No trailer parking is allowed on-site.
• Restroom is available inside marina store, during store operating hours.
• Slip Rental Rules are available upon request.
• All Rules and Rates are subject to change.
• Email us at Dorsey.NottelyBoatClub@gmail.com to inquire about availability and to be added to our waiting list.
• ​​As applicable, rates will be prorated, based upon rental contract start date, with renewal periods as noted above for the applicable rental type.
• Slip renewal period begins with of intent to renew, no later than October 31.
• Payment in full date - November 30.
• Special arrangements for installments may be made on a case by case basis, but cannot be guaranteed.

Gas Sales

​For your convenience, we offer non-ethanol gas for your boat throughout the boating season, conveniently located at the end of the boat dock. Gas Sales may be suspended during inclement weather.
