• 85 boat slips 
• Maximum boat length up to 26' in length, including the motor.
• Year-Round Season runs January 1 through December 31, with renewal required by November 30.
• Seasonal Season runs APPROXIMATELY mid-April to mid-October, or as lake water levels permits, per TVA and rainfall.
• ​All slip renters are responsible for monitoring lake levels for their rented slip.
• All slips have access to water and power on first come/first serve basis.
• Limited on-site parking; carpooling is expected.
• No trailer parking is allowed on-site.
• A restroom is available upon request from marina staff.
• A complete list of Slip Rental Rules are available upon request and are subject to change.
• ​For your convenience, we offer non-ethanol gas for your boat throughout the boating season, conveniently located at the end of the boat dock. Gas Sales may be suspended during inclement weather and posted hours are subject to change.
