​ATTENTION!  ​Georgia Boater Safety Law and Nottely Boat Club & Marina require anyone renting/operating a rented vessel of 10 Hp or greater MUST:​

• ​Be at least 21 years of age.
• Watch this 10 minute Safety Video. (Upon arrival for your rental, you'll be required to sign verifying you've viewed the video.)
• Sign a safety orientation checklist and complete boat inspection.
• Arrive 30 minutes prior to rental time to complete the safety process.
