Georgia DNR requires anyone born after 1/1/1998 operating a motorized marine vessel to complete a boater education coarse.
Proof of age and course completion is required to rent one of our boats. Click the link below for  more information.

​Georgia Boater Safety Law and Nottely Boat Club & Marina require anyone renting/operating a rented vessel of 10 Hp or greater MUST:​

• ​Be at least 25 years of age (per Nottely Boat Club policy).
• Watch this 10 minute Safety Video. (Upon arrival for your rental, you'll be required to sign verifying you've viewed the video.)
• Sign a safety orientation checklist and complete boat inspection.
• Arrive 20 minutes prior to rental time to complete the safety process.
